Trail Ventures BC

Trail Ventures BC Inc. (TVBC) was founded by Claudia of Burnaby, BC in 2004. Her love of outdoor activities such as backpacking, mountaineering and mountain biking combined with interests in biology, botany, photography and cartography provides a natural fit to creating quality recreational maps and guidebooks of beautiful BC. While spending time mapping BC's wilderness areas, Claudia also devotes time to identify and generally research the flora including trees, shrubs, wild flowers and other plants. Likewise, similar work is made with respect to the fauna – mammals, amphibians, birds, rodents, arachnids, and insects; and fungi. These and other interests such as history and culture have also taken them to travel to many countries throughout the world. Claudia holds a doctorate degree in biotechnology.
