This map is a compromise. Although each component should have its own map, market demand circa 2023 is such that we had to combine the three regions together until demand increases. We have never mapped Sardinia before, so this portion is new for us. It occupies half of Side 1. The other half consists of Sicily, which we have marketed for years but is not actually our artwork and much though we like the map we have, the firm that provided the artwork no longer exists. Side 2 covers the Basilicata/Campania/Calabria/Apulia regions of southern Italy that we have started to explore but have been forced to curtail until time permits. The map will be useful for anyone exploring these major islands of Italy.
